Sicilian bummule for water and wine, with abstract face and drawings. It is in ceramic, made and hand painted with non-toxic materials and colors. It's a curious and funny object at the table, puts party among the diners for the amazement effect to its use.
It measures 27 cm in height.
My emotion:
The bummule is an object that arouses my memories as a child: in the kitchen demy paternal grandparents there was one in terracotta to cool the water and a larger one in ceramic to keep the wine.
In the summer it was wonderful to mix that water after the long runs of hide and seek games: we found it fresh and delicious, even though it was not kept in the refrigerator.
