The shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated, are added to the total cost of the order and are specified during checkout, before the conclusion of the purchase process. A fixed fee of € 20.00 is payable for shipping to any location in Italy. For orders over € 500.00 shipping costs are free in Italy.


Orders placed during office hours (Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00) will be tried on the next day. The order date refers to the time when the order was made and paid (with the relative receipt of the order confirmation e-mail) on the website. The shipping date, on the other hand, refers to the time when the goods leave the Samsara S.r.l warehouse and are delivered to the courier. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and will be carried out on the first following working day. Delivery times to the customer are as follows:
