OBJECT OF THE ON-LINE CONTRACT
By "on-line" sale contract we mean the distance contract and that is the legal transaction concerning movable goods and / or services stipulated between a consumer customer and the company Samsara Srl, with registered office in Vittoria, via Carlo Alberto 330, 97019 tax code / VAT number 01411700881 and registration number in the Commercial Register of Catania REA RG-117299, as part of a distance selling system organized by Samsara Srl itself with the use of a remote communication technology called "internet".
The contracts will therefore be concluded directly through access by the customer consumer to the website corresponding to the address: www.emozioni-di-sicilia.com, where, following the indicated procedures, he will send the order for the purchase of the goods. The sending of the purchase order constitutes unconditional acceptance of these conditions of sale by the consumer, who therefore undertakes to observe in relations with Samsara S.r.l. all these conditions, including those relating to the methods of payment. The purchase contract is finalized, following the exact compilation of the "online" purchase order, at the time of transmission by Samsara S.r.l. an e-mail, to the address indicated by the consumer, confirming receipt of the order and a summary of the details of the same.
By final consumer we mean the person physics who purchases goods and services for purposes not directly related to any professional activity. The following are the conditions of sale that will remain effective until Samsara S.r.l. Any changes to the conditions of sale will be effective from the moment they are published on the website www.emozioni-di-sicilia.com and will refer to sales made from that moment on.
LIABILITY
Samsara Srl does not assume any responsibility for the inefficiencies attributable due to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and / or lockouts, thefts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, from executing within the time agreed upon, Samsara Srl will not be liable to any party for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of the non-execution of the contract for the causes mentioned above, having the consumer entitled only to the refund of the price paid. Likewise Samsara Srl is not responsible for any fraudulent and illegal use that may be made by third parties, of credit cards, checks and other means of payment, at deed of payment for the purchased products.
PRODUCT FEATURES
Samsara Srl produces and markets products handcrafted products of high quality value. Therefore the items delivered will be adhering to the images visible on the website www.emozioni-di-sicilia.com but not identical, since the very nature of the product, modeled and painted by hand without the use of any instrumentation for serial production, makes each authentic and different from the other, a unique object. The dimensions, decorations and color tones described in the product photos are therefore purely indicative. Therefore, the presence of small irregularities should not be considered imperfections but signs of uniqueness attributable to the production process of craftsmanship.
PURCHASER'S OBLIGATIONS
It is strictly forbidden for the buyer to enter false, and / or invented, and / or invented data, in the registration procedure required to activate the process for the execution of this contract and the related further communications towards you; the personal data and e-mail must be exclusively your real personal data and not of third parties, or fantasy. It is expressly forbidden to carry out double registrations corresponding to a single person or insert data of third persons. Samsara Srl reserves the right to legally prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.
APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
These general conditions of sale are governed by the law of the Italian Republic.
Without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of the law, for any dispute between parts the Court of Samsara Srl's registered office will have jurisdiction over this contract
SALE PRICES
All the prices of sale of the products displayed and indicated on the website are inclusive of VAT and any other tax (unless otherwise indicated). All product prices are valid only in the Italian territory. The cost of transport is duly highlighted in the space provided on the site that the customer will take care of viewing before confirming the purchase; in the event of delivery abroad, any additional costs due to taxes or fees provided for by the legislation in force in the country of destination will be borne by the consumer.

The customer can pay for the goods ordered using only the payment methods indicated "online" at the time of purchase, which are:

Samsara Srl will issue a regular tax document in accordance with the law. VAT holders can request the issuance of the invoice, providing the necessary data, by sending an email to samsaraimport@hotmail.com .
