Postcards of Sicily

A journey through images and colors of Sicily, with objects inspired by the motifs of Sicilian carts and puppets. Each object is made and painted by hand.

My emotion:

In the lobby of my parents' house, there was a Sicilian Pupo, a puppet of the Puppet Theater which they had bought from a junk dealer in Palermo. With his shining armor, he would welcome me every time I came home. It depicted Orlando and my father had told me about his exploits when I was a child, so the fascinating stories of the Paladins of France had become part of my "fantasy world".
