A pair of Moor's Heads decorated with flowers and featuring pure gold details. They are made of Sicilian artistic ceramic, handcrafted and hand-painted by master ceramists from Caltagirone.
They stand out for the beauty of their faces and details, combined with the brilliance of their colors and the velvety sheen of the ceramic.
They are sold both as a pair and individually, and the color of the flowers can be changed upon request.
They measure 33 cm in height and 17 cm in width.
The architect's advice:
A pair of Moor's Heads with an original and essential design, reminiscent of Easter Island sculptures. A cascade of red flowers, entirely handcrafted, and 24k pure gold details make the Flower Heads intriguing and precious.
Tradition and innovation come together to create a unique product, which can become the focal point of the decor of those who carefully choose the details.
My emotion:
As a child, in the garden of my uncle's house in Palermo, adorning the entrance to the grape-covered driveway, there were succulents sprouting from red terracotta pots shaped like Moor's Heads. Every time I passed by, I looked at them with a mixture of uneasiness and fascination. It seemed to me that a life form had crystallized in those strange objects and that at any moment the Moor's Head might come to life and speak.
